When returns/exchanges are possible
We will accept returns or exchanges of products only if the following conditions apply.

• If the delivered product is different from what you ordered

• If the delivered product has manufacturing defects or damage during transportation.

If the above applies,Within 7 days after receiving the productPlease contact us via the contact form or email. We will promptly process the exchange or refund after paying the shipping costs.

Returns and exchanges due to customer convenience
Due to the nature of expensive precious metal products, returns and exchanges due to customer's convenience (wrong image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.) will not be accepted.As a general rule, we do not accept。

If we cannot accept returns or exchanges
We cannot accept returns or exchanges if any of the following apply.

• If more than 8 days have passed since the product arrived

• Products that have been used even once

• Products that have been damaged or soiled by the customer

• Products with missing accessories (jewelry case, quality guarantee card, etc.)

• Made-to-order products, products that have been resized for the customer
